Frozen & Chilled Items Delivery Terms

We use ice gel pack for frozen & chilled products to maintain the temperature during delivery. The purpose of this is to maintain the temperature of the frozen/chilled products before reaching our customers.

Please note that despite the cold pack, the cooling function will decrease after a period of time during transport and the delivered goods might be defrosted. Please keep the frozen products in the freezer and the chilled items in the fridge and consume it as soon as possible.

Please do not consume Ice-pack and do not play with them. Follow the disposal instructions. The ice-pack is reusable.

*We are NOT responsible for any defrosted products and dissatisfaction of chilled products under the following situations:

• If the customer re-arrange the delivery time /date for the parcel which caused the frozen products completely defrosted.
• If the delivery has failed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or no available recipients and the shipping address is not accessible.
• Lost parcel due to customer instruction to leave the parcel unattended.
• Failed delivery
• Delayed delivery by courier
