We offer Same Day Delivery to our local area customers, covered post code of LN1 - LN6.

Time Slot
You will be notified of the delivery time slot by email/ SMS before 17:00 the day of delivery. As we operate a rapid same day delivery service, we will be unable to notify you of your time slot any earlier than this because our automated route planning system will be planning the delivery routes up until this time. If the given time slot is not suitable for you, you must let us know immediately, otherwise failed delivery or redelivery charges will apply. The majority of our deliveries should be delivered within the estimated time slot but there are times when there are some delays due to unforeseeable circumstances.

Failed Delivery Charges
Goods are not delivered due to no one at the address, or we are unable to make the delivery for other reasons such as those mentioned above, you may be liable to pay a failed delivery charge. This also applies if you cancel a delivery after the order has been dispatched for delivery.
