Frozen & Chilled Items Handling Fee
Please note that a packaging fee of £3 is applied to frozen & chilled items for shipping to England, Wales & Scotland, and it’s non refundable. The fee will be applied automatically with delivery fee at the check out page if your order consists of frozen & chilled items.

AB31-AB38, AB41-AB45, AB55-AB56, PA20-PA78 , PH15-PH99, FK17-FK21, KA28, KA27, KW0-KW14,  KW15-KW17, HS1-HS9, ZE

Tracking Number
Tracking number will be sent to your email/ by SMS after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery address & contact information
Please be make sure the shipping address, telephone number and email have been provided correctly. If you require changing the designated address for the order, you must notify us by email/ telephone about the change you want to make. It is free of charge to change if the parcel has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Incorrect delivery information or Failed delivery
Customers have to pay for the cost to get the parcel deliver to the new address that you want to in case of the order has been already handover to the courier. Customers are responsible to pay for the wrong address that provided and re-delivery charge if the courier failed to deliver due to no one at home to receive the parcel. Extra postage cost also occurs when up to 3 attempts of failed delivery. Customers are also responsible to pay for the cost of the return parcel.
