Siu Mai is a type of traditional Chinese dumpling. In Cantonese cuisine, it is usually served as a dim sum snack. They're round and the filling is wrapped in circular dumpling skins. The filling consists of fish & shrimps.
Ingredient:
Fish paste 32.2%, shrimp, treated by preservative: E451i (crustaceans)19.7%, wheat flour, yam bean, water, carrot, refined soybean oil, tapioca starch, vermicelli (arrow starch, pea starch, water), sugar, sesame oil, salt, soy sauce (soybean, wheat, salt, water, sugar), garlic, shallot, white pepper, turmeric powder. Including cereals containing gluten. May contain molluscs.
❄️To ensure the best cool conditions, this item will be packed with a ice pack in an isolated bag. Due to the cold/frozen packaging required for this product, cool shipping and handling charges will apply.
Please note that despite the cold pack, the cooling function will decrease after a while during transport and it could be delivered defrosted on the way. Please keep it in the refrigerator and consume it as soon as possible.Do not refreeze.
This product is packaged in an isolation bag with Ice Pack. Please do not consume Icepack and do not play with them. Follow the disposal instructions.
