Flavoured with soy sauce and dried for shorter periods to offer a fresher, chewier texture, the softness of this hijiki seaweed and dried sardine furikake rice seasoning complements rice perfectly. Seasoned in mirin rice wine, each soft ingredient in this furikake adds layers of deliciousness to your rice, finished with a garnish of roasted sesame seeds for added crunch. Great for adding instant flavour to onigiri rice balls, bento and even fried rice.
How to use
To prepare 2 portions of Hijiki & Dried Baby Sardines fried rice:
Shred 50g of lettuce into bite size
Heat up a frying pan and add 2 spoons of oil
Add 2 eggs into the pan to fry.
Put 500g of steamed rice to fry with the eggs until mixed well.
Add in this pack of Hijiki & Dried Baby Sardines rice seasoning and lettuce to stir fry with the rice in the pan.
Add some salt and black pepper or some soy sauce for the final seasoning.
